Pinchos
Zuretzat is a cosy bar-restaurant where you can stop off and enjoy our full bar of pintxos with a good wine or a cool beer, next to the Guggenheim Bilbao.
In our wooden bar you will find a wide range of pintxos, with more than twenty different types, such as: squid croquettes in its own juice, pepper stuffed with mushrooms, gildas, potato omelette with caramelised onion, ham and cheese mousseline or codfish with piquillo peppers.
Our chefs work hard to ensure that the culinary tradition of Basque cuisine is reflected in the flavours of our pintxos.
